Inspired by the cultural and artistic blend of the Marais district in Paris, with a focus on French culinary techniques, we present a variety of European cuisine dishes that are rich in flavor. We periodically introduce unique dishes that incorporate local culinary memories, bridging the culinary gap between Taiwan and Marais in Paris.
